This is the agreement that governs your use of Lurelin Audio plugins. By installing or using a Lurelin plugin, you agree to these terms.
01. what you're buying
When you purchase a Lurelin plugin, you are purchasing a license to use the software, not the software itself. Lurelin Audio retains all ownership of the plugin code, design, audio algorithms, presets, manuals, and any associated materials.
This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable, except as described in section 03 below.
02. what you can do
With a valid license, you may:
- Install and use the plugin on up to two machines that you personally own and use.
- Use the plugin in any musical, audio, or commercial work you create. You own the music; we don't.
- Reinstall the plugin as many times as you want on your licensed machines.
- Deactivate a license on one machine and activate it on another at any time.
03. what you can't do
You may not:
- Share, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the plugin or your license key to any other person.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms from the plugin.
- Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings.
- Bypass, crack, or circumvent the licensing system.
- Use a single license on more than two machines simultaneously, or on machines that are not personally owned by you.
04. the 10-day trial
Lurelin offers a 10-day full-feature trial of each plugin. The trial is governed by these same terms, except:
- The trial is time-limited. After 10 days, the plugin will stop processing audio until a paid license is entered.
- You may not use a trial license to deliver commercial work. The trial is for evaluation only.
05. warranty disclaimer
Lurelin plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do our best to ship reliable software, but we cannot guarantee that the plugin will work without interruption, be error-free, or be compatible with every possible DAW configuration, operating system version, or audio interface.
06. limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lurelin Audio's total liability to you for any claim arising from this license or your use of a Lurelin plugin is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin.
Lurelin Audio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost recordings, lost session work, lost profits, or lost data. Always save your work and back up your sessions.
07. updates and changes
Lurelin may release updates to the plugin at any time, free of charge. Updates may include new features, bug fixes, or compatibility improvements. We are not obligated to release updates, and we may discontinue a plugin or feature with reasonable notice.
We may also update this license from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated version at this URL and update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the plugin after changes means you accept the new terms.
08. termination
Your license is automatically terminated if you violate these terms. On termination, you must stop using the plugin and uninstall it from all machines.
You may also terminate your license at any time by uninstalling the plugin. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
09. refunds
Because Lurelin offers a 10-day full-feature trial, all sales are generally final. If something genuinely goes wrong with your purchase, email [email protected] and we'll work it out in good faith.
10. governing law
This license is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this license will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
